l’ ORDINARY MEETING
OF THE VERONA TENNIS ASSOCIATION A.S.D.

which will be held in Verona, at the registered office, on Tuesday 27 September 2022 at 7.30 on first call and if necessary second call for Wednesday 28 September 2022 at 18.30 to discuss and deliberate on the following

AGENDA:

1. President's communications;
2. Illustration and approval of balloon assembly and disassembly program guidelines, hourly rates winter hours, use saunas and other services: related and consequent resolutions.

Pursuant to art. 12 of the bylaws, each member, even if he is a councilor, may represent no more than three members in the assembly and must be provided with a written proxy as per the attached specimen. This delegation is not permitted in votes relating to the approval of the financial statements and in those concerning the responsibility of the directors.

The right to vote belongs to all wing members’ Association and up to date with payments of
membership fees.
