A norma dell’art. 12 of the Association Statute is convened

THE ORDINARY MEETING
OF THE VERONA TENNIS ASSOCIATION A.S.D.

which will be held in Verona, at the registered office, the day 5 June 2024 at 7 .00 on first call and if necessary on second call for the day 5 June 2024 at 18.30 to discuss and deliberate on the following

AGENDA:

1. President's report;
2. Report from the Sports Director;
3. Approval of final balance sheet 2023 and budget 2024: related and consequent resolutions.

Pursuant to art. 12 of the Articles of Association, it is specified that voting by proxy is not permitted for the part relating to the approval of the financial statements and the right to vote belongs exclusively to members who are up to date with the payments of their membership fees..

ART. 12: ” …. Every member, even if Councillor, may represent no more than three Members in the Assembly and must have a written proxy. This delegation is not permitted in votes relating to the approval of the financial statements and in those concerning the responsibility of the Directors. All ali members have the right to vote’ Association and up to date with the payments of membership fees.”

Following the Assembly there will be a moment of conviviality with an aperitif, the details of which will be communicated below the date.
