for the timely implementation of the provisions of the Legislative Decree. 36/2021 (Sports Reform) which will be held in Verona, at the registered office, the day 19 June 2024 at 7.00 on first call and if necessary on second call for the day 20 June 2024 at 19.00 to discuss and deliberate on the following

Extraordinary part

1. Proposals to amend the Articles of Association consequent and mandatory pursuant to Legislative Decree. 36/2021: inherent and consequent decisions.

E’ Voting by proxy is permitted and the right to vote belongs to members who are up to date with the payment of their membership fees. Consequently, since it is only an extraordinary part, a delegation can be granted as per the specimen shown on the back of the PDF document attached.

ART. 12: ” …. Every member, even if Councillor, may represent no more than three Members in the Assembly and must have a written proxy. This delegation is not permitted in votes relating to the approval of the financial statements and in those concerning the responsibility of the Directors. All members of the Association have the right to vote as long as they are adults and up to date with the payments of membership fees.”
