Dear Friend, dear members,

in these first months of 2022 Important objectives have been achieved for our beloved Association, to complete what the Board of Directors had set itself while taking office for the three-year period 2019-2020-2021. These are important goals, which contribute to giving further luster to our history. We are therefore happy to share them with you.

REGISTRATION OF THE CLUB AND ANALYSIS BY THE SUPERINTENDENCE

Following the request presented on 27/11/2020, l’Administration for Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism has granted the amnesty on the significant interventions carried out over the years both on the main building (basement and ground floor), both to buildings used for services and warehouses (local infirmary and storage areas).

This allowed, il 10/02/2022, obtaining from the State Property Agency Regional Directorate
Veneto of the deed for the registration of the entire club, thus confirming its existence, insistence and compliance within the sports facilities along the Magistral Walls. A fact, the latter, which we do not hesitate to define as a “unique” for the existing sports facilities along the same walls of the city of Verona, and which will allow, in a short time, the much sought-after transfer of the Club's properties from the State property to the Municipality of Verona. With this we will have the possibility of obtaining the definitive multi-year concession, allowing the realization of investments necessary to make the club a true sporting oasis in the city of Verona.

OBTAINING PERSONALITY’ LEGAL LAW OF THE VERONA TENNIS ASSOCIATION

Following the request presented by the Verona Tennis Association, supported both by an accurate and documented historical reconstruction, both from the current representation of our reality, the Veneto Region has granted, in data 4 April 2022, ali’ “Verona Tennis Association - Amateur Sports Association” the recognition of legal personality under private law pursuant to the Presidential Decree 661/2000 e 616/1977.

This was also possible thanks to the foresight of Ilicito Tombetti, the notary who the 26/05/1947 he drew up a private writing, attached, according to which even a sports association had to be regulated and managed appropriately. The Founding Members have thus established, and duly registered, the Verona Tennis Association.

Thanks to the recognition of legal personality, the assets of the members are clearly separated from the association, which thus assumes full patrimonial autonomy. This means that, for any obligation, the creditors of’ ATV can only claim on the assets of the latter and not on those of its members. In turn, the personal creditors of individual members, they will not be able to demand that the association satisfy their reasons.

THE SERIE A1 WOMEN'S TEAM WINS THE CANGRANDE SEASON AWARD 2021

The Municipality of Verona has awarded the Cangrande Team Award 2021 to the newly promoted women's ATV team in Serie Al with the comeback that we all know.

The awards ceremony, scheduled for Wednesday 6/4/2022 at 17.00 at the Conference Room of the Palazzo della Gran Guardia, it will take place in the presence of the city authorities and the team, led by our players Aurora Zantedeschi and Sofia Sambu, who have contributed so much to this
recognition. It's not the first time for Aurora: already a few years ago he received the Cangrande Prize
Athletes and for us it is an honor to have her in our club.

We are also pleased to announce the return of Angelica Moratelli to the women's team for the Al championship 2022. Angelica has just won the BNL pre-qualifying tournament in Civita Nova Marche in singles and the doubles in pairs with Aurora Zantedeschi in Palmanova, in Spain. Results, these, which we hope will be a good omen for Al's future championship.
