Dear Friend, dear members,

with the publication of the legislative decree 172 of the 26/11/2021 the following new measures are introduced for the containment of the Sars-Cov2 pandemic reported in the attachment.

In light of the provisions set out in the annex, dal 06/12/2021 regarding the’ To enter the club you will need to have:

• del green pass “normal” (therefore also with a swab) to access: TO THE FIELDS, LOCKER ROOMS, SERVICES, READING AREA ETC. ECC. (excluding Bar/Restaurant)
• del super green pass (strengthened) to access: BAR/RESTAURANT – BAR/RESTAURANT AREA.

Please remember that all the protocols adopted for the use of the changing rooms remain in force, showers, cabinets, gym and sauna available at the secretariat and posted in the relevant places of interest.

However, the ban on gatherings remains, distancing of at least one meter and the obligation to wear a mask in closed places.

Of course, we understand the limitations which still have the aim of guaranteeing everyone's health.

LAW DECREE 172 OF THE 26/11/2021

New measures to contain the SARS-Cov2 pandemic

1. vaccination obligation, third dose and obligation to new categories;
2. establishment of the strengthened Green Pass;

1. Vaccination obligation, third dose and new categories mandatory.

Dal 15 next December, the law decree provides for extending the vaccination obligation to the third dose for all categories already subject with extension to the following new categories:

• administrative staff in the healthcare sector
• school staff

with the exclusion of the possibility, for sectors where vaccination is mandatory, above, to be assigned to different tasks

2. Green Pass / Super Green Pass.

The decree changes the time duration of the green pass issued following vaccination, bringing it from 12 a 9 months after completion of the primary vaccination series (first and second dose) or by booster administration (so-called “third dose”).

The Green Pass obligation is extended to users in the following sectors: hotel, regional and interregional rail transport, local public transport, frequenters of changing rooms for sporting activities.

The decree also introduces a new measure:

Super Green Pass (strengthened): certificate issued following vaccination or recovery, starting from 6 December 2021.

The Super Green Pass is used to access activities in the following areas:

• shows (cinemas and theatres)
• spectators of sporting events (stadiums)
• indoor catering
• parties and discos
• public ceremonies.

Dal 6 December 2021 and until 15 January 2022 it is expected that the enhanced Green Pass will be necessary to access these activities (even in the white area).

Once this period has expired, the application of the super green pass will no longer be necessary only in the case of a white zone.

The green pass with swab will only be usable for:

• go to work
• take long-distance transport
• access hotels
• access the changing rooms for sporting activities
• use regional rail transport
• use local public transport, with random checks.
