Dearest all,

I hereby communicate the main new obligations established by the Legislative Decree. 24/12/2021 n.221 connected to the attendance and use of our club, of the Club house and related services.

1) DECLARATION OF NATIONAL STATE OF EMERGENCY

The state of emergency declared by resolution of the Council of Ministers of 31 January 2020 is further extended until 31 March 2022.

2) ENHANCED GREEN PASS DURATION

From February 1st 2022 the duration of the enhanced green pass is reduced from nine months to 6 months.

3) RESPIRATORY PROTECTION DEVICES

From the date of 24 December 2021 until the 31 January 2022 there is an obligation to use respiratory protection devices, even in outdoor places in any color band of the area to which they belong.

4) PROVISIONS REGARDING THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD AND DRINKS

From the date of 24 December 2021 until the COVID-19 state of epidemiological emergency ends, the consumption of food and drinks at the counter, indoors, in catering services, it is permitted exclusively to those in possession of an enhanced green pass (recovered or vaccinated). Previously it was only mandatory for table service.

5) USE OF COVID-19 GREEN CERTIFICATIONS

Dal 10 January 2022 until the COVID-19 state of epidemiological emergency ends, access to the gym, to wellness services (sauna-massage), the card room and similar is reserved exclusively for holders of an enhanced green pass (recovered or vaccinated).

For all other uses, access remains reserved for holders of a basic green pass available for those who undergo a molecular swab (validity 72 ore) o antigenico (validity 48 ore).

Sure of your understanding in the context of a situation that has unfortunately been going on for two years now, I ask everyone to respect and enforce the old and new legal obligations and the health protocols already communicated.
