Friday 6 March at 19:00 one of the first meetings with speakers scheduled for the current year will be held.

The theme will be “Sport, Wellbeing and Food Integration” with speaker Dr. Diego Bragato (Master's Degree in Sports Science) with the possibility of questions and requests.

The Dr. Bragato is currently a cycling coach of international categories and a technical collaborator of the national cycling team in independent charge of Synergy Worldwide.

The report and the debate will focus on a correct lifestyle as a function of optimizing energy mechanisms to stay fit and improve physical performance.

The evening will begin at 19:00 and will end at 20:00 with a “aperitif” free open to all event participants.
