Second appointment of the series “A Partner in the Kitchen“, protagonists Rossella Simongini and the Sardinian fregula.
The rules are always the same: 40 places, all done by a partner, perhaps with the help of other members (it must be a pleasure), the restaurant staff helps with logistics management and some practical things.
Also this time full house; moreover, the dish itself generated a lot of curiosity. Fregula is a type of pasta, obtained by rolling semolina balls.
